What Does My Chocolate Subscription Include?
Choco Rush monthly shipments include 4 bars of bean to bar chocolate. We sample and ship only the bars we love (and we hope you do, too!) Your bars will arrive once every month. We will also email you a detailed explanation about the origin and content of each bar. Your feedback helps determine what we send next month! So please let us know your thoughts.
When Do I Receive My Order or First Subscription Box?

How Does Billing Work?
Orders placed in our Store are billed immediately.
For subscriptions, you will be billed immediately upon checkout. Monthly subscriptions are re-billed on the 15th of every month, or every 3 or 6 months depending on your what you select. Unless you have prepaid for multiple months, your second month will not bill until after you've received your first order. Please keep in mind that ALL subscriptions, including gift subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel automatic renewal by logging into your account.
How Can I Change My Subscription?
Your Choco Rush subscription is automatically renewed for your convenience. You can update your subscription at any time by logging in to our website. If you have issues, send us an email or give us a call.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon shipment. When in doubt, check your email. If you can't find it, we can supply you with the shipping date and tracking number. Contact us at email@example.com or call (843) 732-4350.
What If My Chocolate Is Melted?
Shipments to warmer areas, or all areas during peak summer months, may include an ice pack to prevent melt. We take every precaution to protect your chocolate. We recommend being available on delivery days (don't worry - we let you know via email with tracking number when your chocolate ships) so you can get the goodness indoors. Please have your chocolate shipped to a location where it is not left outside in the heat whenever possibly (you can update your shipping address at any time)! In the unlikely event that you experience issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately, and we'll make it right.
What About Canada?
We are working hard to deliver our boxes to our awesome neighbors to the north. Our goal when starting Choco Rush was offer the best chocolate at a great price, and the logistics of shipping to Canada is cost and heat prohibitive at the moment. We're working on it! If you'd like to be notified when we start shipments to Canada, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I work with Choco Rush? Or get a free box for promotions?
For all inquiries related to partnerships/promotions please contact Pashmina at pashmina[at]chocorush.co If you're a bean to bar chocolate maker and you'd like to be considered for our club or store, we do accept samples to see if you're a fit. While we're open, please understand that sending samples does not guarantee that we will feature your bars.
