What Does My Subscription Include?

Choco Rush monthly shipments include 4 bars of bean to bar chocolate. We sample and ship only the bars we love (and we hope you do, too!) Your bars will arrive once every month and include a detailed explanation about the origin and content of each bar. If you love chocolate, you need to sample bean to bar the way it was meant to be. Your feedback helps determine what we send next month! So please let us know your thoughts.

When Do I Receive My Order or First Subscription Box?

How Does Billing Work?

Orders placed in our Store are billed immediately.

For subscriptions, you will be billed immediately upon checkout. Subscriptions that aren't gift orders are re-billed on the 15th of every month. If you subscribe after the 25th of any month, your first box of chocolate will arrive the first week of the 2nd month. Example: If you order on January 28th, your first box will not arrive until the first full week of March. Your next billing date will be March 15th. We never bill for your second month until after you've received your first order. For gift orders, the full amount of your (totally awesome) gift will be charged immediately. Please keep in mind that gift subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel automatic renewal by logging into your account.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are always included with shipping notifications. When in doubt, check your email. If you can't find it, we can supply you with the shipping date and tracking number. Contact us at or call (843) 732-4350.

How Will My Package Arrive? Chocolate Melts.

Shipments to warmer areas, or all areas during peak summer months, may include an ice pack to prevent melt. We recommend being available on delivery days (don't worry - we let you know via email with tracking number when your chocolate ships) so you can get the goodness indoors. In the unlikely event that you experience issues with your shipment, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.

What About Canada?

We are working hard to deliver our boxes to our awesome neighbors to the north. Our goal when starting Choco Rush was offer the best bean to bar chocolate at a great price. How Do You Select the Chocolate?

Our chocolate experts taste and review every variety of chocolate bar before deciding on the best bars to include in Choco Rush shipments. We strive to provide a variation of cocoa percentage, origins and makers in each shipment.

How Can I Change My Subscription?

Your Choco Rush subscription is automatically renewed (unless purchased as a gift) for your convenience. You can update your subscription at any time by logging in to our website. If you have issues, send us an email or give us a call.
