Marou Chocolat was started by 2 Frenchmen Samuel Maruta and Vincent Mourou in Saigon. Their entire line up of bars come from different regions of Vietnam, and they are the first bean to bar company from Vietnam as well. The owners work directly with small 2-3 acre farms all over Vietnam to produce their single origin dairy free chocolate bars.
